Utah 2011 - Part 2

On Monday I forgot my camera but we had a fun day! There were a few places we HAD to eat at according to Sterling. One of those places was...

We met up with Vance and Holly Marler. Vance and Sterling served in the same mission in Canada. They have stayed in contact ever since. They are expecting their first child and it will be a boy! Boys Club!!!! We are so excited for them!

We were really close to Danielle and Brad's apartment so we headed over there to hang out and let Jaxson take a nap. We watched Up while he was sleeping and when he woke up Jaxson and Connor got to play. We miss them but are excited for their adventure in Utah.

We headed home around 4:30pm. I wanted to stop at Temple Square to see the grounds and take pictures.

Grandma Jackie was not able to be with us in Utah while we were there but she was sweet enough to leave us some Valentines presents. Jaxson got this boat train bath tow thing and loves it!!! She left Sterling and I some chocolates, THANK YOU!!!

Silly Daddy!

Tuesday started off lazy too! Don't judge me we were on vacation! We layed in bed and watched the 2nd half of Finding Nemo.

We headed off to McDonald's for a lil' breakfast and some climbing around.

To waste some more time and energy we went to South Towne Center and wandered around the mall. Jaxson insisted he ride the mechanical car and snow mobile.

 Again like Father like Son!!!

Tuesday night we had dinner with the Mendenhall side of the family at Wingers. It's a family tradition.

Jaxson, Grace and Sloan. Jaxson and Sloan are the 2 great great grandchildren on this side of the family.
