Our Condo

Here are all the pics from the MLS listing but they are really good and show what the place looked like and I will point out what we have changed. More recent pictures will be posted really soon!

This is the dinning room and kitchen. I love the big mirror on the wall! The chandelier is not there any more and whole condo is painted a light silvery grey. Where the chandelier was there is now a beautiful ceiling fan.

This is the fireplace, obviously. The swallow tile is not there any more either. The new tile work is being finished today!!! If u look on the wall in the hallway you see the sconce? Ya we bought new ones that look much better!!!

This will be Jaxson's room. The orange wall is not orange anymore. It took a coat of primer and a coat of paint to cover it up.

Here is the kitchen. Everything is the same other then the walls are grey and there are new appliances.

Here is the guest/Jaxson bathroom The mirror and sink are both gone. Also there was mexican pavers on the floor and they are gone too. The new tile will be finished today too!!!

This is the family/living room. No more hard wood floor, per the HOA, and the walls are grey.

Here is the loft the is next door to the master. It is going to be a office/Sterling play Xbox room until another baby comes along and it will turn into a nursery.

This is the master. Nothing really changed but the walls are painted, you guessed it, Grey!!! it sounds boring but it looks awesome!!!

Another view of the master. The drapes are not there nor will the be replaced.

Master bath. Nothing changed yet but we do want to buy a new vanity top and new tile but that is a project for the future. But I am going to buy new mirrors ASAP!!!

Our lives have been just working on this place. Painting, touching up, ripping out the carpet and padding, installing the ceiling fan, changing out the sconces in the hallways, hooking up the dishwasher, installing laminate flooring in the kitchen and entry way, hanging window treatments, epoxying the garage floor, and the list goes on and on. Every night after Jaxson goes to bed Sterling and I head over to accomplish something.
