So this big Zucchini my dad grew in our backyard. No Joke!
It then turned into this bread...

Which is Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread and the recipe is from Paula Dean! I made 5 mini loafs of this yummy bread!

It also turned into Fried Zucchini for that we ended up having twice in one week! I stole that recipe from Giada!

Needles to say it was soo yummy!!! Good job dad and we look forward to more fun trying out recipes.
